Resonating Strike, one of four Strikes, is an endless barrage of spheres created from Natural Energy of the Planet, hence why it's dying. When the sphere touch something, they explode, and upon exploding, they create more spheres, which in turn create more in a cycle that lasts until the energy source, in this case the Earth, is used up.
