Touji Mizuki

Touji Mizuki was once an instructor in the konoha ninja academy alongside Umino Iruka. He is now a missing nin that has been corrupted by his own dark ambitions and the will of Orochimaru.
Requirement to unlock: Mission: A Dishonored Shinobi
 Skill:

Cursed Seal Tiger Transformation

Touji Mizuki uses Cursed Seal Tiger Transformation. The following 3 turns Mizuki will gain 35 destructible defense and his skills become their alternate versions.
 Cooldown: 4
Chakra required:
 Classes: Chakra, Instant, Unique
 Skill:

Shuriken Rush

Using Shuriken Rush Mizuki will attack 1 enemy dealing 30 piercing damage. Mizuki will be invulnerable to melee skills for 1 turn when this skill is used.
 Cooldown: 1
Chakra required:
 Classes: Physical, Ranged, Instant
 Skill:

Puppet Genjutsu

Mizuki uses Puppet Genjutsu on 1 enemy. For 2 turns that enemy will be unable to go invulnerable or reduce damage, deal 5 less damage, and take 15 damage if they use a skill.
 Cooldown: 2
Chakra required:
 Classes: Mental, Ranged, Instant
 Skill:

Underground Defense

This skill makes Touji Mizuki invulnerable for 1 turn.
 Cooldown: 4
