Shigure specifically directs needles at one enemy doing 25 damage to them.

Skill:
Shigure tosses some of his umbrellas into the air allowing him to use more needles hidden in them. Sprinkling Needles and Needle Barrage will do 5 more damage for 3 turns.
Umbrella Toss
Shigure tosses some of his umbrellas into the air allowing him to use more needles hidden in them. Sprinkling Needles and Needle Barrage will do 5 more damage for 3 turns.

Classes: Tai, Unique, Static
Skill:
Shigure causes many needles to rain down from his umbrellas doing 12 damage to all enemies for 3 turns. Needle Barrage may be used on affected enemies the following 2 turns.
Sprinkling Needles
Shigure causes many needles to rain down from his umbrellas doing 12 damage to all enemies for 3 turns. Needle Barrage may be used on affected enemies the following 2 turns.

Skill:
This skill makes Shigure invulnerable for 1 turn.
Umbrella Block
This skill makes Shigure invulnerable for 1 turn.

+Ranks : Same as the Gotei 13 in Bleach (For each division there are : 1 Captain, 1 Lieutenant, 20 seated officers, and unlimited ordinary shinigami)

if you would like to), or you can have us assign you a division
-All untaken positions are up for grabs
-Challenge someone if you want their position, a captain's response period is 5 days, a lieutenant's response period is 3 days. If they do not respond within this time, you automatically win
-After a challenge has been made for a player's position, they receive a time equal to the response period for that rank before anyone can challenge them for their position

We are a very organized clan, that will help you completing your missions giving you good teams to use!
Currently our ranks inside the clan are as follows:
Counsil Member- 20 members.It will be formed by ppl who prove to be good members and have a decent rank.The counsil will decide wich teams are assigned to do what.The Leader and the CO-leader are also Counsil members(duh!)
Elite Team Leader-For experienced players.The captains gotta be missing-nin at least.This requirement might increase to Anbu If we get to many members.
Elite team Member-Gotta be at least lvl 14 chuunin and have a +5 streak.
The elite teams are the most likely to be assigned for a clan war .The elite teams have 5 members.I am also thinking of creating the Lieutenant rank.
Now for the normal teams.They will have ten members max.
Team Captain-Gotta be at least Chuunin and have 4 characters unlockedIf you are a lvl 14 chuunin you can choose beetween this rank or elite team member.
Team Member-For genins.
all of these requirements will soon increase so join while you can!
