 5-19-12 Balance Changes

As many of you have noticed, arenas 4 and 5 are currently down. We are aware of this issue and I will explain the situation.

Arenas 2 and 3 had server upgrades recently, thus making arenas 4 and 5 no longer necessary for the Naruto Arena ingame function. Meaning, arenas 4 and 5 will not be back up because arenas 2 and 3 are more than capable of handling all games played now.

like tenten the third move can use directly but not use it after twin raising dragon. and kankuro third power can remain in the next turn. do you know why???? so please tell me.
