Naruto-Arena forces you to select 3 characters when you start a new game. This page gives you an overview of all characters available in the Naruto-Arena game. Not only can you view each character's skills, you can also discuss the characters by posting comments.
Rock Lee
Lee is a Taijutsu specialist. Under the study of Maito Gai he has learned how to open his chakra gates, vastly increasing the strength of his lotus technique.
Skill:
Using his Drunken Fist, Lee deals 15 damage to one enemy, ignores enemy stuns and gains 50% damage reduction for 4 turns. Drunken Fist Style cannot be used when Fifth Gate opening is being used.

Skill:
By opening five of his chakra gates, Lee becomes invulnerable and loses 50% of his current health for 1 turn. Lotus will do quadruple damage the following turn. Using this will end Drunken Fist Style.

The Koyane Clan stands behind their Democracy policy. Anybody who joins has a say in very important clan decisions.
We have a Counsel that meets to decide certain clan related decisions. The other members have a right to say no and the counsel can’t do anything about it. This power is given during crucial decisions like clan wars. To be in the Counsel you have to be approved by me. Determined by intellect, decision making skills, trust, or earn your spot.
Requirements to Join:
>Must be at least a Chuunin
>Must have at least 6+ winning streak
> Must have unlocked 8 characters unlocked

As far as Rules are concerned….we have none..Just don’t do the usual: Flame, Spam
