Today there have been numerous balance changes and some are pretty substantial. The following characters saw either a boost or nerf to one or more skills.

Nerfs:
Itachi Body Double
Tenten (S)
Shodai Hokage
Hoshigaki Kisame
Kin Tsuchi
Deidara (S)

Boosts:
Zaku Abumi
Temari
Momochi Zabuza
Dosu Kinuta
Chiyo (S)
Haruno Sakura (S)
