11/20 Update:
Yoroi: Energy Drain (Nerf)
Anko: Twin Snakes Mutual Death (Boost)

Glitches Fixed: Yoroi's Energy Drain and Kiba's Double Headed Wolf

Hello all! Finally a balance update! In addition, work is beginning on coding and testing new characters. Without further ado:

Anko: Twin Snakes Mutual Death and Dual Pin (Rework/Boost)
Shino: Bug Wall (Boost)
Ino: Change of Heart (Boost)
Kimimaro: Dance of the Camellia (Boost)
Yoroi: Energy Drain (Boost)
Oboro: Underground Ambush/Haze Clones (Boost)
Shikamaru (S): Opponent Analysis (Boost)
Sakura (S): Self Heal (Nerf)
Neji (S): Hakke Hasangekiand Hakke Kuushou (Nerf)
Kyuubi Naruto: Kyuubi Rasengan (Nerf)
Chouji (S): Mega Palm Thrust/Expansion Technique (Nerf)
Kin: Needle and Bell Trap (Nerf)
Obito: Obito Sharingan (Nerf)

The story takes place after the series so you can basically either create a character from scratch or be a previous character's child cousin niece/nephew etc.
You can choose between the path of good evil or neutral. There's also 5 Bijuu open for grabs. With that being said we don't have any character of the forum so far that is an Akatsuki and having them would be nice.
The current people on this forum are extremely friendly and anyone on the forum im sure is capable of helping out if there's any problem. You can also message me on here or on my forum for help or any questions.
Oh btw you can choose the village in which your character is from. You can create jutsu, weapons, your own clan and even an eye trait.
So please join and make sure you have fun. It's like... Ninja's paradise.
