New balance update

Note: Aburame Shino's Chakra leeching was not working the past hours. It is fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We came to the conclusion that we needed another balance update.
The characters that got a boost had a low win ratio.
The characters that got a nerf had a high win ratio.

Boosts:
  • Uzumaki Naruto's Rasengan now stuns the target for 2 rounds instead of 1 round.
  • Uchiha Sasuke's Chidori now does 70 damage instead of 60.
  • Kankuro's Poison bomb cannot be defended once effected.
  • Inuzuka Kiba's Double Headed Wolf now has a cooldown of 2 rounds instead of 3.

    Nerfs:
  • Akimichi Chouji's Akimichi Pills now do 20 damage to Chouji instead of 15.
  • Nara Shikamaru's Meditate now lasts 3 rounds instead of 5.
  • Aburame Shino's Female bug now has a cooldown of 1 round instead of no cooldown.
