Mitarashi Anko

Once a student of Orochimaru and a bearer of the Cursed Seal of Heaven, Anko is now a special Jounin who oversees the second portion of the Chuunin exams.

Requirement to unlock: Mission: The Survivor of the Seal

 Skill:

Dual Pin

Anko targets 1 enemy dealing 10 affliction damage*. Hidden Shadow Snake Hand will deal an additonal 5 damage to a target effected by this skill. This skill is permanent. This skill stacks.

 Cooldown: 1

Chakra required:

 Classes: Physical, Melee, Affliction*, Instant

 Skill:

Twin Snakes

Mitarashi Anko uses Twin Snakes dealing 15 damage to one random enemy. Her skills will cost one random chakra less for 1 turn and she will be invulnerable to physical skills for 1 turn.

 Cooldown: 1

Chakra required:

 Classes: Physical, Ranged, Instant

 Skill:

Hidden Shadow Snake Hand

Anko calls forth snakes from under her jacket which slam into one enemy dealing 35 damage to them.

 Cooldown: 1

Chakra required:

 Classes: Physical, Instant, Melee

 Skill:

Quick Reflexes

This skill makes Mitarashi Anko invulnerable for 1 turn.

 Cooldown: 4

 Classes: Physical, Instant
