Meta-Game Revision - Page 1

All invulnerabilities have been reverted back to their pre-meta-game change state. Stuns now target 2 classes each (this is an and/or parameter). Drains now target 1 of 2 chakra types, the one drained is chosen at random. Steals now target the chakra types the skill doesn't use, the chakra type stolen is chosen randomly. The specific changes are as follows:

Rules to enter clan:
1. Go on at least twice a week.
2. At a time had a 5+ streak.
3. Has been at least level 6.
4. have a winning percentage of 40-60 % (but nevermind if you reset)

Respect rules:
1. Respect everyone in the clan.
2. Be loyal to everyone.
3. Highest rank/level shall lead us.

If you dont meet the requirments than we will put u as student based on trial and one of our clan leaders will fight you in private game or quick game until you get better it would be like practice. So you are welcomed to join either way and later on will level up in our clan. *Better choice: Let only sensei's based on clan leader teach you.
