-----New Balance Changes 9-3-12-----

It's that time again, time for new characters!! Using player feedback from recent polling there is four new characters on Naruto Arena. As always this character release follows a balance update. As you all will notice there is one Jinchuuriki ranked mission among this release. I tried to give everyone as much time as I could to ladder up for this mission so if you have not reached Jinchuuriki ladder rank yet I hope you will soon. Thank you all for your feedback in the recent polls, those polls did have an effect in the way these characters were made. With that said here is four new characters for you all. Good luck unlocking them and keep up the high level ladder activity!

The fourth Hokage was known as the yellow flash, regarded by all as the fastest shinobi to ever live. He is also the father of Uzumaki Naruto and the one who sealed the Kyuubi in his son.

Kurotsuchi (S) is a shinobi of the Hidden Rock Village and the Partner of Akatsuchi. She is also the granddaughter of the third Tsuchikage.

Hoshigake Kisame (S) is the partner of Uchiha Itachi in Akatsuki. He is an expert swordsman and missing nin from the Hidden Mist Village.

Edo Tensei Deidara (S) has been revived and is immediately sent out to battle. Fighting on the front lines is nothing new to this old soul.
