1-all of who want to join i'll accept any strong member's but you will never have leader type, because there is a member closed my old clan, only my friend's or cousen's will be leader.
2-we want level:11:chuunin or higher
3-highest streak +4 or higher
4-the diffrences between losing and winning are: more than 10
5-we don't need the members who is surrender when they close to the lose
