Rework/Boosts: Kakashi(S), Gai(S)

-Ties or more wins then losses
-win % 50 to 59
Elite Akatsuki (Member)
-more losses then wins
-win % 40 to 49
Elite Chuunin (Trial)
-more losses then wins
-win % 20 to 39
Elite Genin (Trial)
-more losses then wins
-win % 0 to 19

1-I accept any strong members but you cant be a leader
2-you must be chuunin or higher
3-streak 8+ or higher
4-the diffrences between losing and winning are: more than 10
5-we dont want who surrender when their about lose
