Nerfs: Kurenai
Reworks: Nidaime
Boosts: Four Tails Kyuubi Naruto
Rework/Boosts: Kakashi(S), Gai(S)
Specifically what changed can be found here. It can be discussed here. Also per a player suggestion updated character statistics can be found here. That topic will be update periodically.

1. Your Highest Level must be 16
2. Must have 6+ Streak
3. Must Always have more Wins then Losses
4. Always have a 50% winning percentage

1.You have to be serious, or we won't let you join
2.You have to play ladder games, or there isn't a point of being here!
3.Your win percentage has to be above 75% for members
4.You must be online at least 5 days a week
5.You must be at least Missing Ninja.
6. If you don't acomplish the requirments you can join as a trial member.
