Hello there everyone! Here are some balance changes for you.

Nerfs: Kurenai
Reworks: Nidaime
Boosts: Four Tails Kyuubi Naruto
Rework/Boosts: Kakashi(S), Gai(S)

Specifically what changed can be found here. It can be discussed here. Also per a player suggestion updated character statistics can be found here. That topic will be update periodically.
