Hello there everyone! Here are some balance changes for you.

Nerfs: Kurenai
Reworks: Nidaime
Boosts: Four Tails Kyuubi Naruto
Rework/Boosts: Kakashi(S), Gai(S)

Specifically what changed can be found here. It can be discussed here. Also per a player suggestion updated character statistics can be found here. That topic will be update periodically.

..well ur up on lvl 13 im on 8 it took me 4 weeks to get to lvl 8 its takes u 1-2 weeks ...i suck at this so ir realy wouldnt matter 4 u cause u get back up 2 any lvl u were on quickly

-win % 30 to 39

Elite Chuunin: Member
-more losses then wins
-win % 20 to 29

Elite Genin: Trial
-more losses then wins
-win % 15 to 19

Elite Academy Student: Trial
-more losses then wins
-win % 0 to 14
