Hello there everyone! Here are some balance changes for you.
Nerfs: Kurenai
Reworks: Nidaime
Boosts: Four Tails Kyuubi Naruto
Rework/Boosts: Kakashi(S), Gai(S)

Requirements
1. Must be at least chunin rank level 11 or higher (This does not include members that restarted there accounts)
2. You must be a missing nin level or a former missing nin to be a clan leader (Black Snake Leader)
