Small Balance Change Tweaks 4/3/09

Boosts: Yoroi, Tenten, Neji, Zabuza, Jiroubou, Shino

It's been awhile but here is a noticable balance update for you:
Nerfs: Shino, Jiroubou, Chiyo
Rework/Nerfs: Hinata, Zabuza
Reworks: Tenten, Sai
Boosts: Iruka, Kin, Gai
Rework/Boosts: Kyuubi, Kidoumaru, Neji

aqui e o lugar certo o clan e meu e de um colega ele era do kyuub demos clan e do toshima mais ele saiu e com outra conta ele dessidiu fazer um clan e me samou nós dois somos lider se algem quiser entra tem q ter peomenos strack+10 e ja foi lvl 21 se algem tiver enteressado o clan ta lvl 10 e tem uma semana so hem
