Rework: Shikamaru (S)

Small Balance Change Tweaks 4/3/09

Nerfs: Anko
Boosts: Yoroi, Tenten, Neji, Zabuza, Jiroubou, Shino

It's been awhile but here is a noticable balance update for you:

Nerfs: Shino, Jiroubou, Chiyo
Rework/Nerfs: Hinata, Zabuza
Reworks: Tenten, Sai
Boosts: Iruka, Kin, Gai
Rework/Boosts: Kyuubi, Kidoumaru, Neji

-so far the only few requirements that have been made is:

-be loyal & respectful

-play on naruto arena more than 1 a week

-have some sort of skills

-Don't question/annoy the leaders

-Don't be an asshole, jerk, have an attitude or a complete weirdos
