4/4/09 Balance Change:
Rework: Shikamaru (S)

Small Balance Change Tweaks 4/3/09

Nerfs: Anko
Boosts: Yoroi, Tenten, Neji, Zabuza, Jiroubou, Shino

It's been awhile but here is a noticable balance update for you:

Nerfs: Shino, Jiroubou, Chiyo
Rework/Nerfs: Hinata, Zabuza
Reworks: Tenten, Sai
Boosts: Iruka, Kin, Gai
Rework/Boosts: Kyuubi, Kidoumaru, Neji

its the shadow clones that make him invonerable to all enemy skils.
