Rework: Shikamaru (S)

Small Balance Change Tweaks 4/3/09

Nerfs: Anko
Boosts: Yoroi, Tenten, Neji, Zabuza, Jiroubou, Shino

It's been awhile but here is a noticable balance update for you:

Nerfs: Shino, Jiroubou, Chiyo
Rework/Nerfs: Hinata, Zabuza
Reworks: Tenten, Sai
Boosts: Iruka, Kin, Gai
Rework/Boosts: Kyuubi, Kidoumaru, Neji

To Leader u must have:
-Over +15 streak
-Lvl Over 30
-Winnin % over 70
-Almost every day online(Tell me if u go to vacation)
-Have almost all chars
-Must play 2/3 match against Genin-Man.(Note: if u wont win u have still chance to join the clan)

To Captain u must have:
-Over +13 streak
-Lvl over 24
-Winnin % over 60
-Must be online like 3-5 days in the week
-Have Jounins

To Member u must have:
-Over +10 streak
-Lvl over 21
-Winnin % over 50
-Have Kimimaro And Sound Four

Benefits:
-Chat box
-Clan Page
-Sigs
-Avys
-Music
-Tournaments
-Wars
-And we will have everythin that members wants to have
