It's been awhile but here is a noticable balance update for you:

Nerfs: Shino, Jiroubou, Chiyo
Rework/Nerfs: Hinata, Zabuza
Reworks: Tenten, Sai
Boosts: Iruka, Kin, Gai
Rework/Boosts: Kyuubi, Kidoumaru, Neji
