Deva Path Pein (S)
Deva Path Pein (S) is one of the six paths of Pein. This path is able to use itself as the epicenter of magnetism to attract or repel all objects. This path holds the most power and is the main force in battle for Pein.
Skill:
Deva Path Pein (S) targets one enemy and uses Chakra Rod. When that enemy uses a new skill they will be dealt 15 piercing damage and lose 1 taijutsu, bloodline or ninjutsu chakra. This skill is invisible until triggered. This skill stacks.
Chakra Rod
Deva Path Pein (S) targets one enemy and uses Chakra Rod. When that enemy uses a new skill they will be dealt 15 piercing damage and lose 1 taijutsu, bloodline or ninjutsu chakra. This skill is invisible until triggered. This skill stacks.

Classes: Physical, Melee, Instant, Unique
Skill:
Deva Path Pein (S) uses Violent Water Wave on all enemies. For 1 turn all enemies physical or ranged skills will cost 1 additional random chakra*. Deva Path Pein (S) gains 25% damage reduction during this skill. This skill becomes Chibaku Tensei when used.

Clan History:
Many years ago some evil ninjas ,born from hatred and guilt ,started a war against the world - a war of hatred and cruelty . They use many forbidden jutsus and techniques to fight against the innocent people . They can summon the dead back and use their souls to fight against the people . At that time living in the world was like a curse . Some brave and good ninjas tried to fight against the evil to protect their colony but they were in vain . As generations passed the evil and dead people increased their strength and keep on increasing the fear in the world.
Then the brave ninjas who were fighting for their own colony made an alliance and found a way to use the power of the TAILED beast . They found that if they can seal the beast inside someone then they can use their power . So some ninjas invented a sealing jutsu and used it to seal the the beast in other ninjas . And those ninjas were called the JINCHUURIKI . Each ninja or jinchuuriki has the power of one tailed beasts . Thus nine jinchuurikis were created .
They fight against the evil to protect their colony and villages ; and when they died their tailed beasts were sealed in other ninjas of next generation . Thus the power of tailed beast was used to protect the innocent people.
Present Situation:
Now the army of evil and dead ninjas is still a threat for the world . It is the duty of the the Jinchuurikis of this generation to remove the threat . So all the Jinchuurikis formed a new alliance named as - "Rise Of Jinchuuriki" to fight against the evil and to restore the peace of the world .
Any one who is brave and has the power of not giving up can join the alliance or clan .
Tailed Beast:
Centuries ago , before the great ninja war of hate had started , a powerful ninja use his power (chakra) to creat a beast with 10 tails . It was very powerful and destruct-able . So he divided the power of 10 tails into 9 different beasts . One of them has one tail , one has two tails , one has three tails and so on up to nine tails . Name of each beast are as follow :
SHUKAKU OneTail(Ichibi)
NEKOMATA TwoTail(Nibi)
ISONADE ThreeTail(Sanbi)
SOKOU FourTails(Yonbi)
HOUKOU FiveTail(Gobi)
