12/31/09 Balance Changes:

Nerfs: Lee-s, FourTails, Sakura-s, Iruka

Boosts: Haku, Shikamaru, and Temari

Also the submission thread has been closed for now with 30 pages of submissions, I have plenty on my plate to go over for now.

"Plan A" Haku proved too much of an over-nerf in an effort to curb the abundance of AoE stun teams; thus, I have implemented "Plan B" Haku, a complete rework of how he operates, which is not AoE at all and is truer to the character presented in the manga/anime. Temari and Kimimaro also have been given slight boosts.
Boosts: Kimimaro, Temari
Reworks: Haku

Also, if I find that submissions for young Kakashi, Obito, and maybe Rin are good enough, I may implement them as base characters.

Nerfs: Kankuro-s, Naruto, Haku
Reworks: Kimimaro, Temari
Boosts: Kisame
