Clan Biography

The Order of the Elementals was founded by two visionary members of the Naruto-Arena community: MunchyThePanda (formerly AkatsukiNinjay) and Treston1234560, under the tutelage of the former. Together, they set out to achieve a goal that so many others were fiercely chasing after: to become the greatest clan in the game. The means by which to do this was to recruit potential into the clan. Soon, as Ninjay-Sensei (Munchy) was to his protégé, so, too, were they both to those that found themselves in their clan. The clan was more than a fighting force; it was a haven for those who sought a community within a community. However, they never forsook the clan's ultimate goal... _________________________________________________________________________________________ We are accepting anyone with a highest win streak of +5 or better. However: ? Your higest rank must be Missing-Nin or higher. ? You must be active in the game either playing ladder games, getting more characters, or doing a clan mission. We are allies with the uchiha_bloodline clan. We share a chatbox and help each other out whenever we can.It Is http://xat.com/uchiha_bloodlineandOrderoftheElementals_____________________________________________________[/u] As you may have noticed, you are in one of several ranks in the clan. Each of these ranks features two words, the second of which is the word Elementals. In fact, there are a total of eight ranks in the clan. They are as follows: Small Elementals Medium Elementals Large Elementals Huge Elementals Greater Elementals (Captains) Elder Elementals (Captains) External Elementals (Captains) Primal Elementals (Leaders) Demons of the Elementals (leaders) Noble Elementals (Clan Leaders) Members are divided into these ranks based on three factors. The first is your rank (Missing-Nin, ANBU, etc). For each rank that your highest level is above Missing-Nin, you rise another rank. The second is your streak. Remember that a +5 streak is required to get into the clan in the first place. However, for each additional 5 to your highest streak (+10, +15, etc), you climb another rank. The last is also the most important to the clan as a whole. At times when the clan's win record begins to soften (like now), people can ask to accept the clan mission. In order to even be considered for the assignment, you must be at least of ANBU rank and have might even have to demonstrate to one of the clan leaders your ability to do well in a fight, though you do not necessarily have to win (this is at the discretion of the clan leader, but will likely be done the first time that you do a clan mission). Note that if you bypass this process and do the mission anyway, you will NOT receive a higher rank as a reward, though there is no punishment either. Once you have been accepted to do the mission, you must first reset your account. Of course, your highest streak and highest level will carry over with it, thus still enabling your current clan rank to be kept. At this point, you must do one of two things to complete the mission: 1) Improve your highest streak. If your streak going into the mission is +7 or lower, you must improve it by at least +2. 2) Play 50 matches, with no more than 20 losses. The fewer losses that you have, the more likely you are to be considered for the clan mission again. These need not be in the course of one reset, but each time that you wish to reset your account, you MUST send a pm to MunchyThePanda, who will keep track of the number of wins and losses that you have each time you reset. If you wish to exceed 50 matches, you must, again, tell MunchyThePanda, and you must not lose more than 40% of your matches. Once you have completed one of these requirements, pm either of the clan leaders to receive the next rank. Note that you cannot become a Noble Elemental except by one of the current ones leaving, in which case only Primal Elementals can be chosen to replace the lost clan leader. Now for the best part: REWARDS!!! The system is simple: once you are at a certain rank, you are in a leadership position over those below you. You can recommend people for certain tasks and honors, like the clan mission, if they are lower than you. Also, as more missions are added to the list, some might only be available to certain ranks and up. This DOES NOT entail doing anything that I, myself, would not do. You are still to treat people with courtesy (doing otherwise can have your rank lowered or, in cases of serious offenses, can have you removed from the clan altogether). You are NOT to command others around. Once you reach a certain rank, you begin to receive special privileges. These begin when you become a Greater Elemental (Captain) and are augmented when you become a Primal Elemental (Leader). Thus far, the only incentive that has been created is that leaders are eligible to become clan leaders if one of the current ones is to leave. This lack of powers and privileges is due to how young the clan is right now. If anyone has any suggestions, pm a clan leader, and we will judge the merit of their idea. That is all for now.
