First if you want to become Members rank only you must have a steak about +14 and your ratio should be at a 64% range. If you want to join as a member now and get better to become a higher rank that is possible. If you want to become a captain you have to have a steak about +23 and need to have a ratio around 72%.To become leader you need to be loyal mostly and need to have steak of +26 or higher and must have a ratio around 78%.Ratio will be depended on the level you are on so you if your sanain and your ratio is 64% you can still be leader. Talk to the leader for more information about that. Gfx-er will have a special ranks from trail- leader.
