Os Doze Ninjas Guardiões é uma organização na qual os Ninjas de Elite de todo País do Fogo são reunidos para proteger o Daimyo. Houve uma cisma que dividiu os guardiões ao meio, o motivo foi as diferentes formas de proteger o Daimyo. Após a morte do Terceiro, descendentes dos Guardiões se reunem para formar e recrutar novos Guardiões sendo eles Ninjas de Elite. Agora com um só propósito, um só objetivo..
