Balance update 1

Balance changes:
  • Update: Haruno Sakura's Rampage now gives a 200% improve on K.O. Punch.
  • Update: Uchiha Sasuke's Chidori now only deals 60 damage.
  • Update: Uzumaki Naruto's rasengan now only stuns for 1 round.
  • Momochi Zabuza's Hidden Mist has been changed, durations has increased to 3 rounds and defence has been decreased to 50%.
  • Uzumaki Naruto's rasengan hes been changed. Chakra cost has been decreased to 1 ninjutsu and 1 random, the skill now also has a cooldown of 1 round.
  • Uchiha Sasuke's Chidori has been changed. Chakra cost has been decreased to 1 ninjutsu and 1 random, the skill now also has a cooldown of 2 rounds.
  • Haruno Sakura's Rampage now gives an addition 50% defence.
  • Yamanaka Ino's Mind Body Disturbance has it's cooldown removed.
  • Jiroubou's Earth Seal Mud Cannon turn and Nirvana Style Taijutsu now have a cooldown of 1 round.
