After resetting and reviewing the win/loss logs, we found that there were still some major balance issues with certain characters.
Hyuuga Neji and Yamanaka Ino remained to be the strongest characters in the game, together with Akimichi Chouji. On the other hand Sakura became one of the weakest.
The following balance changes were made:
Boosts:
Haruno Sakura's Cure now heals 30 hp instead of 20 hp to improve Haruno Sakura's usefulness as a healer.
Haku's Demonic Ice Mirrors now cost 1 ninjutsu, 1 bloodline and 1 random charka, instead of 1 ninjutsu, 1 bloodline and 1 genjutsu. This was changed because Demonic Ice Mirrors was to hard to pull of.
Gaara of the Desert's Armor of Sand now costs 1 random charka instead of 2. This will improve Gaara's defences.
Nerfs:
Hyuuga Neji's Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms Technique now drains 5 chakra instead of 6. This was done because Hyuuga Neji remained to be one of the strongest characters in the game, this will hopefully balance him out.
Yamanaka Ino's Heart of the Valentine only deals 25 damage now, it does not drain charka like it used to. This was done because we want Ino to be a stunner and a medium damage dealer, draining charka was too much.
Akimichi Chouji's Partial Double Size Technique now costs 1 taijutsu and 1 random. This was done because Akimichi Chouji was one of the strongest characters in the game.
