Jounins-Highest lvl of atleast 15 Highest streak of atleast +10 Be online for atleast twice a week... Succeddors-Highest lvl of atlest 26 Highest streak of atleast +15 Be online atleast thrice a week... At the end of each week there will be a promotion test from which the best player of the week will be chosen and will be given the rank of jounin...
