Luapman here again. I'm 99.9% sure that interruptible skills should be functioning correctly now, as such Neji, Kurenai, and Sasuke have been returned to normal. Ino's Mind Body Disturbance has been changed to 'random enemy' rather than 'different random enemy' until such time as we can fix the issue plaguing that effect. There was also tiny tweaks to CSS, Kakashi, and Gai. And there will likely be some minor reworking done on some of the Shippuuden characters in the next couple hours.
Some balancing done to characters: CSS, Kakashi, Gai, Naruto S, Lee S, Deidara.

OK.. Luapman here with some temporary changes because of unforseen code issues. These changes will be reversed once the code concerning their "glitches" is fixed.
Neji - Eight Trigrams 64 Palms is now partly static.
Kurenai - Tree Bind Death is now partly static.
Sasuke - Sharingan is now static.
Ino - Mind Body Disturbance's random damage will not damage invulnerable characters.
ALSO BE SURE TO READ THE BASICS, ESPECIALLY ABOUT THE SKILL QUEUE. TOO MANY GLITCH REPORTS ARE PLAYERS NOT PROPERLY ORDERING THEIR SKILLS AND NOT ACTUAL GLITCHES!
The first shippuuden characters have made their appearance! Naruto, Lee Gai and Deidara are now unlockable via missions!
But there is probably even more important news ...
After the release of the ladder we now present you the biggest update ever on Naruto-Arena? Why? Because today, the 8th of May, Naruto-Arena releases its long awaited brand new game Engine.
Welcome to the fully renewed Naruto-Arena! We know you’ve all been waiting a long time. But now it's finally here! We can finally show you what we've been working on these past few months. We would also like to thank Nolith for the awesome art he made for the new UI of the game and more!
Making a sum of all changes is useless since we would end up writing for hours.
Just go ahead and see whatever is new and of course have the best time with the fully renewed Naruto-Arena!
